Copyright Claims & DMCA
ytconvert.net respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please follow the process below.
Important Notice
ytconvert.net does not host or store any video or audio files. We are a conversion tool — we do not maintain a database of copyrighted content. DMCA requests apply only to our tool's operation, not to files we have stored (because we store none).
How to File a DMCA Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your request must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing activity occurs on our service.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Where to Send Your Notice
Email your DMCA notice to: dmca@ytconvert.net
We respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48–72 business hours.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address. Counter-notifications must comply with DMCA requirements (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)).
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of blocking access for users who repeatedly violate copyright in good faith.
